If u r a Maxis/ Hotlink user, u can register ur num at Maxis WebSMS and send 3 free websms per day to all Maxis/ Hotlink numbers (recipients need NOT be a registered user at Maxis WebSMS).

It's an official web application by Maxis&Hotlink.

I've been usin this serviz for 2years, so now i'm introducing it to u :)

A reply sms sent from the recipient to ur websms will cost he/ she 15sen. So in order to help ur recipient save money, ask him/ her to reply directly to your Maxis/ Hotlink number. But if ur Maxis/ Hotlink number is not on (if u've only 1 mobile phone, and it's used for ur foreign country number), then ask them to reply to the websms.

I understand that real time conversation is made convenient by using instant messaging services & FB. Well, it's just a suggestion :) Just in case the person u wanna contact isn't online ;)
