Get the "Borang Rayuan Semakan' from
1. Bahagian Matrikulasi Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia (BMKPM)
2. BMKPM website http://apps.emoe.gov.my/bmkpm/
3. KMPh's website http://www.kmph.matrik.edu.my
and submit the form before: 2 June 2006
the final results will be out on 19 June 2006
Application to IPTA
you should submit your 2nd phase application within 1 week after you received your 2nd Sem results. i'm not sure whether the duration of "1 week' is counted from 22 May 2006 or after we've received the printed results. check it out yourself.

Acceptance to IPTA
you'll know by which U you're accepted to in mid-June 2006 via UPU SMS and UPU infoline. Bahagian Pengurusan Kemasukan Pelajar (BPKP) will also send you the confirmation letter.
